Customer may cancel booked charter date(s) up to two weeks prior to charter departure date(s) and receive a refund of their $100 Deposit
Customer may cancel booked charter date(s) less than two weeks from charter departure date(s) and receive a credit for their $100.00 Deposit(s) for a future charter
Customer may redeem charter credit(s) anytime within the same year of the original booking date(s) of the charter (subject to availability)
Charter credits are only valid in the year issued; expired charter credits are not eligible for refund
Charter credits to Customer are fully transferable
Warrior Fishing Charters Ltd. and Guide reserve the right to cancel charter(s)at any time due to circumstances deemed unsafe or uncontrollable by Company or Guide such as, but not
limited to; weather, water conditions, and transportation
Customer will receive a full refund of all payments on account for canceled date(s)by Warrior Fishing Charters or our Guide

reserves the right to cancel a Charter at anytime based on our assessment of our Guest's or Guide's COVID-19 symptoms and / or
exposure risk history.
